When I began work on this mixtape, I knew that it would be about the friends I met in my childhood. The ones I never saw again, the ones I loved, the ones that stole my heart. These are pictures of a friend, one who I only met in person once. And as I was finishing this album, I realized that this was my way of saying goodbye. If we never meet again, if we only had that one moment together, if we never get to have that last moment together like we wanted. Even then, I'd still never forget you. If that one night was all we had, it was the best night of my life, so that counts for something. If this is it, then goodbye. I already miss you so much, so I won't have to adjust. I... I'll really miss you, Z. Goodbye.
